Greek Style Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
2 cups fresh tomatoes (cut into 1-inch pieces)2 cups cucumber (peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces)1 small red onion, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)6 Tbsp. light or fat free Balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing2 oz. crumbled feta cheesecourse ground pepper to taste
Directions
Combine tomato*, cucumber, and onion in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Top with crumbled feta and black pepper.

For best flavor: Cover bowl and allow salad to rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

*Halved cherry tomatoes work best!
