4oz Imitation Crab Meat1/4 of a large beefsteak tomato chopped fineThick slice of a sweet onion chopped fine2oz of Reduced fat Feta cheese1 TBL of Reduced Fat Hellman's2-3 TBL of Fat free Greek style yogurt (or plain yogurt1tsp of Old Bay Seasoning
Directions
Combine ingredients and let marinate in refrigerator for a few hours. This is NOT a sweet, slimy seafood salad found on buffets. This is tangy and tasty.
