Blueberry Kuchen

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 cup Promise stick margarine1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup Splenda1 large egg1/2 cup skim milk2 cups blueberriesStreusel Topping1/2 cup Splenda3 Tbsp. flour2 tsp.cinnamonDash of nutmeg3 Tbsp. Promise stick margarine1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cream together butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat in egg until blended. Add flour mixture and milk; stir just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Turn into a Pam-sprayed 8-inch round cake pan.
Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake at 375 degrees F for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. If top begins to brown too quickly, cover with foil.
