Warning, this cake is soooo tasty that it is hard to eat one piece! But, I made cupcakes too - so cut the calories into thirds because you are getting 36 servings instead of 12! - 3/29/09

When I made this, I added chopped maraschino cherries. Made it taste like a pineapple upside down cake. - 6/2/11

I made these into cupcakes - i got 32 out of the recipe and then topped them with a mix of cool whip free & 1/2 pkg of cook & serve coconut pudding, ended up being 75 calories per cupcake! Yummy! First baked good in 2 weeks. I'm a happy girl today! - 4/19/10

I made this last night and the kitchen smelled wonderful while this was baking. reminded me of pineapple upside down cake. I did alter the pineapple as Dole now has a sugar free crushed pineapple made with splenda, just as good - 1/30/08
