4 medium eggs1 tsp vanilla2 tbsp olive oil14 oz canned black beans1 tsp baking powder3 tbsp cocoa3/4 cup granulated sugar
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender
Pour in greased 8 x 8" pan
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F

    Taste is very good. Needs frosting or chocolate chips to help disguise the bean color (black not brown). I'll try reducing an egg for a more fudgy less cakey texture. - 6/15/11
