Low carb Ham and Swiss Melts

Ingredients
4 Portabella Mushroom caps4 slices lean ham2 slices prosciutto2 slices swiss2 inner romaine leaves4 tomato slices2 tablespoons reduced fat olive oil mayo
Directions
1. Warm up a panini press or sandwich grill
2. Wash off all vegetables.
3. Turn mushroom caps over and remove "gills" until mushroom caps are empty
4. Spread 1 tablespoon reduced fat olive oil mayo on evenly between two mushroom caps
5. Layer with 2 slices ham, 1 slice prosciutto, 1 slice swiss, 2 tomato slices and one romaine slice.
6. Place empty cap ontop of layered cap and place on grill until cheese is melted.
