salmon quiche cups

Ingredients
1 can evaporated fat free milk4 egg whites1 egg1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt2 tsp mustard6 oz smoked salmon, broken into pieces1 tbsp. dill3 laughing cow light wedges, torn into pieces
Directions
Combine 1st 5 ingredients

Then stir in dill and salmon

Pour into muffin tins with paper cups and cooking spray

add little pieces of cheese to each cup

bake at 350 for 35 minutes
