Spicy Scramble

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 wedge diced (1/4 of medium tomato) Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper chopped
Directions
Dice all fresh ingredients, set aside
Scramble eggs to liking
Add fresh ingredients until just warm

Serve with fresh sprinkling of cheese on top.
