Blueberry Sauce for Canning

Ingredients
14 c. fresh or frozen blueberries4 T. lemon juice8 c. granulated sugar
Directions
Crush berries in a large stock pot. Add lemon juice and sugar, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Enjoy immediately, or can using your preferred method. I use a steam bath canner which works great.
