Mexican Smothered Steak

Ingredients
2 lb round steak/cube steak2 cans Rotel type Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chilies 1 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped(Or a milder pepper if you prefer)1 med Onion chopped 3 cloves Garlic minced1 Tbsp Olive Oil Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Directions
Sprinkle steak with Lawry's and brown in oil on med heat.

Cover steak with onions, jalapeno, garlic and any other veggies you want to add.

Top with cans of Diced tomatoes w/ green chilies and let simmer on stove for an hour.
