Marinade1 cup yogurt1 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp cayenne pepper2 tsp black pepper1 tbsp minced fresh ginger2 tsp salt3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces4 long skewersSauce1 tbsp butter1 clove garlic, minced2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp paprika1 tsp salt2 (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce2 cups heavy cream
1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, 2 tsp cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger and 2 tsp salt. Stir in chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

3. lightly oil the grill grate. Thread chicken onto skewers, and discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear, about 5 minutes on each side.
4. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for about 1minute. Season with 2 tsp cumin, paprika and 1 tsp salt. Stir in tomato sauce and cream. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. Add grilled chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
