Ingredients
4 ounces light cream cheese 1/4 cup nonfat milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 Tbsp powdered sugar 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions
Soften up the cream cheese on the counter, or in the microwave for a few seconds. Measure the milk into the cream cheese and mix well. Add the vanilla, protein powder and powdered sugar. Whisk everything together until it is smooth.
