Chinese Tofu Salad

1 block (package) firm Tofu1 head of iceberg lettuce1/2 head red cabbage1 cup Crispy Chow Mein Noodles1 sm can of Mandarin Oranges1 cup Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing
Chop or shred lettuce and cabbage, drain mandarin oranges, and dump it all in a large bowl (including chow mein noodles). Pan fry tofu after marinating in dressing either overnight or as long as you wish (the longer the better!). Drain tofu and combine with salad mix. DONE!!
