Apple Pie Pan Cakes

Ingredients
2 cans apple pie filling2 tablespoons fat free butter1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 tesp each, ground ginger, cloves and nutmegegg subsitiute (equiv. to 3 eggs)1/2 cup fat free buttermilk1/2 cup plain flour (you can use whole wheat)1 tabelspoon fat free sour cream or yogurt1 teasp lemon zest1/4 tesp saltconfectioners sugar for dusting
Directions
Makes 6 servings Oneb temp, 350

Place pie filling in an iron skillet. Add spices and fat free butter. Heat on stove until hot and butter has metled. In a small bowl place egg substitute and wisk until frothy, add buttermilk (i actually used fat free which makes the fat content of serving down to 5 grams per serving) whik. Add sour cream and salt. Wisk. Add flour and lemon zest. Wisk and pour over pie filling mixture in skillet. Place in oven until fluffy and bubbily. About 20-30 minutes
