blackberry-cinnamon cake

Ingredients
140g butter140g fine sugar140g ground almonds140g self-rising flour1 egg2tbs cinnamon2 tbs vanilla aroma225g fresh, or thawed blackberries
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix Butter and sugar, then add one by one: the almonds, the flour, the egg, half of the cinnamon and the vanilla aroma.
- When blended add half of the dough to the cakepan and flatten it on the bottom.
- Add the blackberries
- Cover all blackberries with the rest of the dough
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour
-Let it cool in the cake pan
