All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 1.25 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Butter, unsalted, .5 cup Milk, 1%, .33 cup Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp (I use grated orange peel instead)Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 extra largeBlueberries, fresh, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup *All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 0.33 cup Butter, unsalted, .25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
set aside last 4 ingredients for the crumb topping and the blueberries.
Combine all the other ingredients well and spread in an ungreased 8" square pan.
Sprinkle blueberries over the batter.
Combine ingredients for the crumb topping until crumbly and sprinkle over the blueberries.
