Cheesy Penne Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb lean beef (93/7), seasoned & browned (ground turkey also works great)1/2 box wheat penne pasta, cooked according to directions1 can cheddar cheese soup2-3 c. Prego sauce4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, dividedseasonings to tasteoptions- mushrooms, black olives, spinach
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except two cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. Fill a 9x13 pan and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake 20-25 minutes until heated through and top cheeses melt. Serves approx. 15.
