Crust:Flour, white, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cupBaking Powder, 1.5 tspMargarine, soft, .33 cup Egg white, 2 serving Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Fresh fruit - sprinkled on crust:Blueberries, fresh, 3 cup Filling/topping:Astro, Fat Free, Plain Yogourt, 2 cup Flour, white, 2 TbspEgg Yolk, 2 large Granulated Sugar, .66 cupLemon grated rind, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (optional)Mix crust ingredients, cut with pastry blender. Press into 10" springform pan.sprinkle with blueberries (or other fresh, firm, drained fruit)ToppingMix all ingredients and pour over top of blueberries and crustBake at 350F for 60-70 minutes.
