2 c. oatmeal, uncooked2 c. buttermilk1/2 c. flour3 T. sugar1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 eggs1/2 stick melted butter
Combine oatmeal and buttermilk, and chill 30 minutes. Then add all the additional ingredients. Stir to combine. Cook on griddle till done. Serve with maple syrup or fruit.
