Turkey/Beef Meatloaf - Low Carb Yummy!

gredients:Ground beef, 32 oz (remove)*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)*Campbells Beef consume soup (1 can+2.5 serv), 1 cup (remove)*Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), .25 serving (remove)*Grilled Onion and Green, Red and Yellow Pepper Trio, .5 serving (remove)*Brown Gravy ( MIX ), 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)Sofrito Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)*Adobo, 1.5 tsp (remove)
mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except the brown gravy mix. Form the loaf and set it in a oven preheated @ 410 deg. Let cook for about 40 min then drain the drippings into a bowl. Add the brown gravy mix to the drippings and pour over the loaf. Place into oven for another 15 min. Enjoy and save for later. Make great leftover for low carb dieters with just 1 gram of carbs per slice!
