Marcelle's Italian Spagetti

Ingredients
1 lb Italian sasage1 med Onion3 cloves Garlic5-6 large Roma Tomatoes1 tbsp dried Parsley (1 cup fresh chopped)1 tsp dried basil (1/4 cup fresh chopped)1 tsp dried oregano (1/4 cup fresh chopped)4-6 dashes of sea salt (if you have a pre-taste salter in the family omit the salt all together)1-2 dashes of black pepper10 oz Barilla Whole grain Thin spagetti
Directions
Peel and crush the garlic
chop onions to desired size

Start the water to boil for the noodles now

Add garlic, onions, and Italian sasage to skillet
brown meat, garlic and onions
drain any fat off the meat

dice tomatoes

add:
tomatoes
basil
oregano
parsley
salt
pepper

Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer
cook for 10 min on low

by the time you start to simmer the sauce your water should be ready to add the noodles
Add olive oil to the water
add noodles

cook noodle to desired texture
drain and serve

    I didn't have fresh roma tomatoes , so I used big can of petite tomatoes. - 3/6/21
