1- 32oz carton of egg whites0.5 tsp of cream of tarter18 tsp of coconut oilOptional:cinnamontruvia/stevia
Open carton of egg whites into mixing bowl. Add cream of tarter. Whisk until fluffy. Pour mixture into 18 muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Immediately after removing from the oven, pour 1 tsp of coconut oil over each muffin. Here you have the option to sprinkle the muffin with cinnamon & sugar (stevia/truvia) to give it additional flavor. Once cooled, store in fridge. Coconut oil will harden to create a faux-icing.
