Butternut squash with asparagus pesto

Ingredients
* Gimme Lean sausage style, 1 package * Asparagus, fresh, 2 cup * Basil, 15 leaves * Butternut Squash, 2 cup, cubes (i use frozen) * Red Star, Nutritional Yeast 4 Tbspn * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup * Shiitake Mushrooms, 1 cup pieces * Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
preheat your oven to 400. spray pan with pam and roast asparagus until really soft. It is fine if it gets a little charred.

While that is happening brown and break up gimme lean over medium heat. Add butternut squash and mushrooms and heat until soft and warmed through. Fold in spinach and cook until wilted.

When asparagus is done puree in a food processor with the basil, salt, and nutritional yeast.

Mix everything together and enjoy!
