South Beach Garlic and Soy Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 boneless cneter-cup pork loin chops, trimmed of all visible fat1/2 tbsp light soy sauce1 tsp minced garlic1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Sprinkle pork chops all over with soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours. Coat grill rack or broiler pan rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill or broiler. Cook pork chops 4" from heat, turing once halfway thru cooking time, for 10-12 minutes.
