Ingredients
-3 eggs medium sized-7-8 peppers fresh-100 gr mushrooms-oil
Directions
Chop all the peppers and fry them on low temperature on an oiled pan. After a few minutes add the mushrooms and in the end the whole eggs. Stern and fry until the eggs are done.
Eat with salad or yogurt.
