8 oz Baby Salad Shrimp, precooked, 8 oz 1 Large Tomato, diced1 cup Cucumber English, diced1/4 cup Red Onion, finely diced2 Tbsp Green Onion, finely chopped2 Tbsp Cilantro, finely choppedJuice from 1 Lime 16 oz (2 pkgs) Angel Hair Shirataki Noodlesspice to taste such as: onion powdergarlic powderblackening seasoning
Makes 2 large servings, divide in 1/2.
Easy to make. Use pre-cooked and rinsed baby shrimp. Dice your veggies, squeeze the lime, add the spices to taste.
Rinse the Shirataki noodles very well under hot water, then cut into easy to eat bite sized pieces and stir into the rest of the salad.
Chill for about 20 mins so flavors can blend to make a nice refreshing salad :)
