Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Baking Mix, 0.33 cup Egg, fresh, 2 medium Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) I can't believe it's not Butter spread (just a dollop each time you place panckaes in pan)
Makes 15 3-inch pancakes
Combine all ingrediants in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add a dollop of I can't believe It's not Butter to pre-heated pan (allow to melt)
Add batter to pan. Cook until dry around edges and bubbles begin to break the surface.
Turn; cook until golden brown
