Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Directions
Pasta (any kind) - 4 cups cookedVegetables (I use zucchini, onion, carrot, and mushrooms) - as much as you likeSesame Seeds - about a tbspLight or non-fat mayonnaise - .5 cupMilk - 1 tbspSpices (I use various ones including paprika, basil, oregano, rosemary, pepper, dried onion, etc.)
Makes about 6 1-cup servings.
Cook the pasta and put aside.
Chop up the vegetables and sautee for 10 min.
Add the sesame seeds and sautee for another 5 minutes.
For the dressing:
Mix the mayo, milk, and spices.
Blend the pasta, vegetables, and dressing together and if you want, let sit in the fridge to cool off.
Excellent again the next day as well!
