Chicken Biriani

450g(16oz) finely minced raw skinless boneless chicken breast1 Tablespoon olive oil1 Tablespoon garam masala2 teaspoons ground cumin1/2 teaspoon ground tumeric1 onion thinly sliced3 cloves garlic minced2 teaspoons freshly ground gingercooked brown rice(3/4 cup raw)3/4 cup chicken stock
mix garam masal, tumeric and cumin in a small bowl. Finely mince raw chicken and place in larger bowl. Throw spices over and toss til coated.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet. When hot add chicken, toss to coat with oil and cook til brown. Add onion, garlic and ginger. Cook til onions soften. Add rice and combine. Add broth and place mixture in baking dish. Cook for 40 minutes at 350. Serve with yogurt on the side. Serves 4
