Lean Pork1 T Chili Powder1/2 teas oregano 1/2 teas paprika1/2 teas Garlic powder2 T Olive oil1/2 red pepper1/2 yellow pepper1/2 onion4 tortilla shellscheddar cheese
Mix Chili Powder, oregano, paprika, and garlic powder together. Cut pork into stripes and coat with mixture. In pan add olive and cook pork into almost done. Cut up peppers and onions. Add pepper and onions and resume cooking.
Place on tortilla shells and top with a little cheese
