NCs French Toast

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs (or what ever size you wish to use)5 Slices of Bread2oz of 1% milk
Directions
Soak bread slices in the egg and mix mixture till its absorbed as much as possible, and on a good HOT non-stick skillet place the slice of bread and cook till its brown all over (you shouldn't be able to see the egg matter coming out of the bread).

Repeat with each slice of bread till mixture is used up, serve with maple syrup, preserves or even fresh fruit.
