Squeaky Gourmet - Pan Fried Sweet Taters

Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp garlic powder1 chili pepper, chopped (less if you want it less spicy)1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Slice sweet potato into 1/8" rounds. Heat a pan to medium heat, add 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and place potato in a single layer in pan.
Flip when the first side starts to brown (several minutes)
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. When the potatoes are soft and browned on both sides, slide them onto a plate and sprinkle with the seasoning mix.
