Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 medium head green cabbage- thinly sliced3 chopped scallions1-2 stalks celery3 cups shredded chicken (about 2 breasts)1 package dry ramen noodles -broken up into bite sized pieces1/2 cup slivered or sliced almondsDressing:Ramen noodle flavor packet1 TBSP sugar1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup vinegar1/4 cup olive or canola oil
Directions
Boil chicken in water with 1 stalk of celery, black pepper, whole allspice, garlic salt and chicken boullion (or any desired spices) for 50 minutes. Remove and shred.

Meanwhile, combine all salad ingredients.
Combine dressing ingredients in tupperware and shake until combined. Pour over salad ingredients.
Add chicken
