Finger Lickin Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops1/4 c. flour3/4 tsp. dry mustard1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 1/2 tsp. salt2 TBSP Olive Oil1 can Campbell's Chicken with Rice Soup (condensed)
Directions
mix dry ingredients in a gallon size ziploc bag. LIGHTLY coat pork chops in flour. Heat oil in pan, brown chops in pan (just about 2 minutes on each side). Put in crock pot (slow cooker). Add can of soup. (if cooking a long time, add a little water to keep them from drying out). Cook on high for at least one hour, then put on low for about 4-6 hours.
makes 4 servings... and tastes great with rice, carrots, and green beans!
