chicken, penne,
take chicken breasts and pound them, melt half a stick of butter in pan, slice mushrooms and add to butter with garlic powder or seasonings of your choice, saute mushrooms until liquid is gone, set mushrooms aside
dredge chicken in flour and add the rest of the butter to the pan, place chicken in pan and cook on low/medium heat for 1-3 minutes per side, until browned, set chicken aside
add 1 1/2 cup marsala wine and mix with bits in the bottom of the pan, bring to boil and reduce by about 1/2. Add mushrooms and chicken back in, simmer while boiling penne pasta.
