Sautéed Zuchini, Squash, and Onion

Ingredients
1 1/2 c zuchini, sliced 1/4" thick (do not peel)1 1/2 c summer squash, sliced 1/4" thick (do not peel)1/2 c vidalia onion, sliced into small piecessalt, to tastepepper, to taste1/4 t paprika1 t garlic powder2 t cooking oil
Directions
Season sliced vegetables with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Sauté in a medium pan over medium-high heat with 2 t cooking oil until pieces are tender and some are slightly brown.

Makes approximately 4 3/4 c servings.
