Low fat chicken cordon bleu

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ouncesEgg whiteLow fat deli ham 1 servingSwiss Cheese (Reduced Fat) 1 serving French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard, 1 tsp Kellog’s Cornflakes, .25 cup
Directions
Trim all skin and fat from chicken breast; pound until thin. Crush cornflakes and add any spices you like; dip chicken in egg white and then coat in cornflakes. Lay flat and layer some deli mustard, a serving of ham, and a slice of swiss cheese. Roll and secure with toothpick. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Again, serves 1.
