Ingredients
Ingredients:*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Salt, 1/4 tspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cupWater, bottled, 1/2 cupI Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 1 serving PAM nonstick spary
Directions
With electric mixer, whip eggs, milk, water, salt, vanilla, I can't belevie it's not butter spray for several minutes add flour in until well combined let the mixture set for 5 minutes.

Prepare nonstick pan with PAM
Pour the batter into pan and swirl around to from a thin layer and cook crepes on medium heat for about 1 minutes each side

Refrigerate or freeze leftovers

Note: use wax paper to keep them from sticking to each other
