    Wheat flour strong-680 gramm-2488 kcal
    Salt 14 grams
    Yeast 7 grams-22 kcal
    Water, tab- 454 grams-0 kcal

Tips

I bought the book of Peter Reinhart and just follow the recipe. Really easy to make your own bread.


Directions

Just mixed all ingredients together, and put in refrigerator for overnight. In the morning I degases the dough, and made 8 balls per 120 grams each. Baked in the oven for 20 minutes until golden crisp color. Cool down for 40 minutes and serve. Whole bread weight 984 grams. I don't now how to measure in cups..-( Just measure by balls. I ball about 120 grams.
