Halwa

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 cupButter, unsalted, 1 stick Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp Water, 18 fl oz
Directions
Disolve sugar in 2 1/4 cups of water then add 1/2 tsp cardamon to water. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir to make brown color. The flour will give a wonderfull aroma when ready. Add water mixture to flour. Stir until smooth. Press into a shallow pan. Sprinkle with a little more cardamon. Cut into pieces. Enjoy warm or cool - Yum!
