Golden Mushroom Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 pork chops1/4 tsp each salt & ground black pepper2 cans (4 oz each) sliced mushrooms, drained (reserve 2 tblsp liquid)1 beef boullion cube, crushed1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup4 oz fat free (skim) milk
Directions
Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Season chops with salt & pepper on both sides. Cook pork chops til lightly browned on both sides, remove from pan. Add mushroom slices & reserved liquid to pan of pork drippings, stir frequently til they start to darken. Stir in the boullion & mix well in the juices. Add the soup & milk, stir well to blend. Return chops to pan, flipping to coat with the sauce. reduce heat to low, cover & simmer for about 10 minutes longer until chops are cooked through. Place 1 pork chop on a serving plate & spoon about 1/4 to 1/3 cup mushroom sauce over it. Makes 4 servings, 1 chop and up to 1/3 cup sauce per serving.
