Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 2 bunch garam masala, 1 tsp coriander, ground, 1 tsp McCormick ground cumin, .2 tbspSunflower Oil, 1.5 tbspSalt, 1 dash Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
Directions
Chop the Spinach
Heat the oil and caramalise the onion in it
Add the cumin powder, Coriander powder and garam masala
Add the Spinach and cook for 1o to 15 mins
