1 - 9" graham cracker pie crust (In this recipe, I did NOT use a low fat one, using a low fat one will significantly reduce the calorie).453 grams - 1 large tub - whipped frozen low fat topping (like Cool Whip)1 pkg cherry jello - sugar free1 pkg vanilla or cheesecake flavored sugar free, fat free pudding mix0.5 cups lemon juice2.5 cups mixed berries, cherries, or fruit salad
1. Mix thawed Cool Whip, cherry jello mix, and cheesecake or vanilla flavored pudding mix with 0.5 cup lemon juice and 2.5 cups mixed berries, cherries, or fruit salad. Pour into premade graham cracker pie crust.
2. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Freeze longer if desired, allow about an hour for pie to thaw in the refrigerator before serving. Makes 8 pieces of pie.
