NFNS Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed (can substitute pinto beans)4 oz can mild green chilies, chopped1 Tbsp cider vinegar1/2 Tbsp chili powder1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
