Ingredients
Potatoes - 4 mashedGround meat - 1 lbCreamed corn - 1 canGrated cheese - 1/4 cup (optional)
Directions
Boil the potatoes, when cooked, drain, add butter and milk. Mash the potatoes.

Cook the ground beef, season to taste.

Open creamed corn.

Using an 8 x 8 baking pan, layer ground beef, creamed corn and mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese or paprika.

Put in the oven, bake till potatoes golden brown. Serve with salad.

    Ah, the old family standby, cheap, filling and warming! I don't know how often your mom made this but in the winter my mom made this once a week. Never got tired though.
