Karen's Low Fat Brownies

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 6 tbsp Fat Free French Vanilla or plain yogurt, 1 cup Egg white, 3 serving Salt, 1 dash Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .50 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and place in 8 X 8 inch glass pan for baking.Sptay pan with non-stick spray.

In medium boll stir together sugar, cocoa powder and yogurt. Stir in egg whites one at a time until well blended. Add vanilla and salt. Stir in flour just until very wet. spread in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Make sure brownies are starting to pull away from pan and center is clean with tooth pick test. Store in sealed container after cooling.
