Cake: 1/4 cup butter, softened3/4 cup sugar1 egg2 cups all-purpose flour2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup milk, nonfat2 cups fresh blueberriesTopping:2/3 cup sugar1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 tsp cinnamon1/3 cup cold butter
1. In small mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold in the blueberries and pour into greased 9" square baking pan.
2. Topping: combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl and cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pan.
3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 - 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean and cool on wire rack.
