cabbage rolls

Ingredients
1 medium cabbage I 1/2 lb lean ground turkey1 small diced onion2 tbsp chopped parsley2 egg whites , 1 yolk1 tsp saltpepper to taste1/3 cup tomato sauceSauce: chopped cabbage1/2 cup water3/4 cup tomato sauce2 tbsp lemon juice2 pkgs of splenda
Directions
Pour boiling water over cabbage and cover and let stand for 1/2 hour. Drain, core and separate leaves. reserving 12 for stuffing. chop remaining cabbage for sauce.

Stuffing: mix ground turkey,onion,parsley,eggs,salt and tomato sauce together

to stuff: use 12 leaves. put 3 tbsp of meat mixture in centre of each leaf. roll.

Sauce; heat water in medium size pot bring to boil. add chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, salt, lemon juice, and sweetner. Simmer for 15 min. Remove 1 cup sauce and set aside. Place cabbage rolls in pot with remaining
sauce .pour reserved sauce over top. simmer for 1/12 hours
