Chocolate Banana Protein Bars

Ingredients
3 small ripe bananas or 2 large bananas2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa3 large egg whites (or 6T liquid egg white)4 oz skim milk2-1/2 cups Country Choice Organic Multi Grain Cereal1/4 cup honey3 scoops Super Advanced Whey Chocolate Protein
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 300

Mix all ingredients. Place in non-stick pan or glass pan sprayed with Pam (8x8 or 11x7). Bake 25 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting into 8 equal pieces.

    I found this to have a little too much liquid in it. I added 1 cup of quick oats to soak some of it up and it turned out great! Kinda cake like, but not too rich. - 9/20/10

    Came out a bit bland for my tastes. If I could rate it I'd give it a 2.5. I'll try a different sweetener next time. Sugar not an issue for me as much as sodium is, so I may just use brown sugar or molasses.
