Slow Cooker Creamy Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
8 ounces chicken breast (2 4 ounce breast)1 can Mushrooms, 113 grams, not drained 1 can *98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10.75 oz1/2 tsp.Garlic,3 Tbsp. chopped onions, raw
Directions
Put everything in slow cooker except mushroom soup. Cook on low for 8 hours. Last hour of cooking remove chicken and shred. Add mushroom soup to cooker and stir well to blend. Add chicken stir. If too thick, add 1/4 can of water. Continue to cook until heated through. Serve over pasta , noodles or rice. Makes 6 1/2 - cup servings.
